• PDF merging and layout combining
• PDF splitting and segment page extraction
• PDF compression and file size optimization
• Other client-side PDF-related utilities

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Process or distribute illegal content frameworks.
• Violate third-party intellectual property or copyright credentials.
• Import malicious runtime binary vectors (viruses, malware scripts, etc.).
• Disrupt or overload our serverless endpoint API gateways.
• Use automated bot scripts or scrapers to excessively hammer transaction nodes.

4. File Handling & Privacy

Your privacy is absolute and your files are handled exactly as described in our official Privacy Policy:

• Processing runs fully client-side in volatile memory space.
• We do not store your PDFs on remote hard drives or cloud backends.
• We have zero engineering visibility into your file contents.
• All background chat and checkout pathways utilize SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Join-PDFs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to leverage the browser utilities.
• Any unauthorized interception of diagnostic Analytical connection metrics.
• Any interruption or cessation of endpoint background worker pathways.
• Document layout variations arising from faulty system configurations.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue tool views at any moment.
• Adjust or update Premium subscription bundle package structures.
• Limit request usage thresholds if necessary to preserve endpoint stability.
• Terminate license keys for users violating system policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, layout styling, and functionality are owned by Join-PDFs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain absolute ownership and rights over the documents you process. By loading local file buffers, you grant us an instantaneous, localized in-memory execution license to process them as requested.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
